1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form a binding contract to use Surfa. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree to use Surfa only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the platform or its servers

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Surfa for violations of these Terms.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Free Trial and Billing

Surfa offers a 14-day free trial. After the trial period, you will need to choose a flat-rate plan to continue using the service. We do not have hidden fees, and you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Surfa platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are owned by Surfa and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute any of our content without our express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Surfa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. In no event shall Surfa be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Modifications

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by updating the date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of Surfa after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
